Mad Scientist's Lab - Here we are in my lab! ... In 1949 I built an energy transmitter tube, but it got out of control and created an electromagnetic vortex. I decided to enter the vortex and sacrifice my life energy to shut the breach opened by my experiments... I could not accomplish the mission and got stuck here in the Ether instead, as a restless spirit. It must have been an equipment malfunction. Anyway please stay calm and try to fix the Tube and SHUT THE MACHINE DOWN before it sucks you into the Ether void.
Somewhere here in the lab, find my journal and follow my sketches and try to figure out the cycle of the Energy Tube, that should do the trick and help to shut it down.
Stay focused! Every other 45 minutes new energy cycle starts and that is when it sucks any life organisms into the Ether vortex! Please mind time before it runs out.
Secret Agent Room - Somebody from our side stole the complete agent list of our agency, and he would like to sell it somehow. He did observations on us, and our members. We need an evidence about that, before we take further actions. Your mission is to find out who the double agent is and to find the agent list in the room. You only have 45 minutes to complete the mission.

Escapomania - Escape Room
Did the Lab first liked it so much did the secret agent afterward. Rooms were fun and exciting. Indu (The lady who helped us) was awsome! during our second room, time ran out but we were close to the end and she allowed my son and neice 11 & 12 a few extra minutes to finish and get a win and it made their night. Highly recommend and appreciate the kindness and help that we were given.

Escapomania - Escape Room
Super fun time! Did the Fallout Bunker with my dad, sister, her boyfriend and his son. We just missed finishing by 1:46 but it was an absolute blast! Puzzles require a lot of observation skill but they give unlimited hints which definitely helped us get through. Would absolutely want to go again!

Escapomania - Escape Room
My family usually goes to Captive and I wanted to try Escapomania. We did the Fallout Bunker and it was just okay. The actual set pieces were super cool and and very immersive and looked realistic (sometimes escape rooms feel a little scuffed, but the overall look here was polished).
However, that was really the only plus. We burned through the first room in 15 minutes (crazy for an 8/10 room) but also got a hint before we asked for one, which for my smartypants family was a little annoying. Then we got stuck on something in the second. That in and of itself is fine, but we then explicitly asked for a hint from the girl allegedly watching us, to no avail. Crickets. We start asking for a hint louder and louder until we literally had to open the door and yell for an employee. We got the attention of a different staff member and went back into the room just to recieve a hint that made no sense to us. We tried talking up to the cameras again to ask for another hint bc we just weren't getting it, to which our original girl came in and showed us the prop we were missing. She then, however, tried to say that she wasn't giving us the hint because we were doing so well and had so much time (the why did she give us an unecessary clue earlier?). I had thought maybe she was just in the bathroom at the exact wrong time to miss us asking, so the defensiveness and insistence was off-putting.
I also have qualms with the structure of the room and the lack of a logical throughline. Solving puzzles often made a light go green, but no new clues would be revealed, making us confused. No new code or sound of something opening, just green to say 'hey you solved it!' and then we had nowhere to go from there. There were also multiple red herring decorations and props that (looked cool! but) legit had no bearing on the overall puzzle. There is definitely room for the clues to be ironed out. And to be clear, this is not saying the clues were too hard lol. They were genuinely just confusing, illogical, and lacked clarity.
