Very nice and clean living for retirement or rent for glorious vacation , right on the Bay . Can see boats and activities from balconies .

Holiday treated us like trash last time we stayed at Harbour Island. We're a couple 60+ years of age and an agent came to our door accusing us of noise complaints and trashing the unit one morning. They had received complaints and attributed them to us for some reason. We invited him in to investigate the property and even after there was obviously no damage, we were still threatened to have the police make us leave the property if they received another complaint. So, even after we’re obviously not the rowdy teens you came to investigate, you feel the need to threaten us while on vacation.

Had rented here for 15+ years, mostly from Holiday, and the treatment we received was deplorable, even after them recognizing the complaint was erroneous. While we were checking out onsite, the clerk told us that the residents at Harbour Island really don’t like renters and do what they can to discourage them from renting again. Will never use Holiday again, will never stay at Harbour Island again. Plenty of other places to stay, don't need this kind of hassle this point of my life while on vacation.

Excellent customer service and Harbor Island rentals are top notch!
