We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and we'll definitely be back! The location is perfect – you get direct beach access while still being nicely set away from the busiest crowds. This made going back and forth to the beach with the kids an absolute breeze.
Our room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The oceanfront balcony offered an absolutely beautiful view, which we enjoyed immensely.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit, making us feel welcome. We especially loved the outdoor pool area with its swim-up bar; it was a huge hit and had a wonderfully fun atmosphere for everyone.

First I want to say we LOVED our stay. We called ahead to see if we could check in early and they weren’t sure initially if we could check in early. However, we received a call indicating our room was ready early. The room was clean, the refrigerator was clean and bathroom clean. The front desk was very attentive and responsive when we needed something. We would definitely return.
A few suggestions could be made. Although the rooms weee clean the balcony needs improvement. A paint job new sliding doors and screens and repair the cracks on the balcony. For the cost per night they could do better with the balcony.
Also, the entrance to the pool does not require key access and after a certain time anyone from the surrounding areas can enter and enjoy the pool which due to the size of the pool and amount of guests that stay at the hotel the entrance should be more secure. They have signs saying the pool is for hotel guests only but again once the staff left at around 3 pm no one is there to enforce this rule.
Also the fire pit had people from the area condominiums roasting marshmallows which the area is small and takes away from paying guests. My family witnessed this firsthand once the family finished toasting marshmallows they got up and left the hotel premises.
And one last thing people would put their towels out to secure their pool chairs under the umbrella and then go to the beach for hours and come back later and have their chairs and this left people who were at the pool no where to sit. They need a better way to enforce their two hour rule.

Great location, but the property felt dated. Funny odors in different parts of the hotel. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning our room. Noisy AC. Kitchenette cabinets looked last century compared to the rest of the room.
