I was so happy to be able to walk into a boutique that had clothes for me! Everyone was so friendly hand helpful. The sales didn't hurt either 😆

women working in the store was very kind but has a no refund policy that was not made very aware a small sign on your shelf saying no refunds is not very noticeable i think it needs a sign the size of a cow to get the word of NO REFUNDS allowed in the store this veteran jacket has taken a giant impact on my bank account and i think it is crazy how one jacket can make this big of an impact on one little persons bank account so much this has drained me i was planning on going to college but not anymore this boutique has ruined my chance of an education thanks Madison Avenue Boutique for this amazing quality jacket that was 269 DOLLARS i rate this experience -1/10 and i will be posting about this on ever platform people will find out and not go to the store you have demolished my life savings REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS REFUNDS!!!!!! hate this boutique

I had earlier written a rather negative review on the basis of extremely limited hours of operation in pursuit of trying to exchange a gift, which conflicted with advertised hours.

My husband was able to catch them open in order to obtain a cell number that enabled me to return during open hours.

Seka was very friendly, professional, and helpful with locating alternate choices from which there was a good selection.
