It all starts with Faye! Great person to be working the pro shot and really focused on customer service (a rarity). Course is in great shape and a good layout. I typically play Eagles Landing due to customer service, but now found a very strong competitor. Eddy the starter knows how to work everyone to get out on time. Top to bottom a great place to play golf. Highly recommend.

Just went there last Thursday 4/4. I've read the reviews and I've gotta say my experience was very positive. The staff was very friendly and even informed us that the greens had been punched a couple days earlier (still rolled great). Got out earlier than our tee time because a foursome let us go since it was two of us. Course was soggy because of the monsoon this entire month, so we knew that going in. Course was in great shape and fun to play! Every fairway divot had sand in it, so the crew and players are taking care of it.

I live in Ocean Pines year round. I also play golf every week. Played OPGC for the first and last time today. "Fairways" grass was so tall lost balls with center fairway shots. Greens were horrendous. Course not maintained. Head greenskeeper should be embarrassed. Tee boxes uneven ground and some tee boxes facing the wrong way. Also you literally push your tee into sand. If our HOA goes to golf course maintenance I'd like to know where the money is really going. This course is the definition of a dog track. Shameful. Will take my money to Wagles Landing, or Glen Riddle. Even Nutters Crossing in Salusbury puts OPGC to shame. I don't expect anything to come from this review. Just go elsewhere. The response will probably be something like "talk to our PGA manager" or "our course is in great condition" which would be a lie. I've seen responses from the club. They are full of crap and completely disrespectful.
