The Irish Penny Pub & Grill is a dream come true that was years in the making. Jeff Trivits and Scott Urban have been friends since junior high and have always dreamed of one day creating a place where food, friends, and family come together. Our menu is homemade and packed with classic Irish dishes with an Eastern Shore Twist. Daily specials incorporate seasonal, local ingredients. First time at The Irish Penny. Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was attentive and the hospitality was delightful. The atmosphere was charming and fun. The food was delicious. Definitely order the crab dip! We also really enjoyed the Thursday Night Trivia!

I'm aware my words on this post will be unintentionally sexualized, so if you are pervy, you may be triggered 🤷♀️
After 3 visits, I'm now in a relationship with the Irish Penny.
My icy dark heart & empty soul does NOT do emotions. Ewwww get them away from me! Like yeah once I was deeply in love with a human, but this food is much better than that love.
The Sheppards pie, found and touched my soul. I still have warm fuzzy feelings in my tummy. I don't do warm and fuzzy. I prefer sarcasm and violent threats. I also don't do imaginary sky daddies, but the food, well, definitely a religious experience. Each bite as the spoon rose to my mouth I drooled.
Side note, my pain was so amped today, I couldn't even drive. But now, I'm more relaxed and pain is just a skeeker bite 🦟
Maybe it was the shots of whiskey in my coke, but it was for sure the warm cozy comfort food.
Moving on to Irish coffee whiskey cheesecake. I'mma cheesecake snob. Well lemme tell ya what! First bite, my toes curled, my eyes rolled so hard I was halfway into a whole other dimension. This is a true foodgazyum! Nearly had to change my knickers and not from bladder or GI issues! This cheesecake was made by drunken nympho fairies! After slowly savoring each bite, I fingered up all the goo on the plate and sucked my fingers clean! If humans were not near my table in plain view I'd licked it! Not a crumb was left. Weird to be sad it was gone but smiling happy cause it was in my belly!
If only men tasted like whiskey and cheesecake, I'd maybe date. But I'mma just stick with real whiskey and cheesecake cause they don't talk back! 😍🤤

I’ve been here a couple of times now and always have a good time. Even if something goes wrong the management will make it right.
The parking lot is small and tight, so be careful pulling in. The restaurant itself is small, the Sunday brunch fills up fast and so does the dinner hour.
The food has always been served hot, and the beer is cold. They have a selection of whiskeys and scotches from America, Ireland and Scotland.
